Please make sure your New Password meets the following criteria:
- Must be at least 14 characters
- Must be comprised of a mix of upper and lower case letters (a – z OR A – Z)
- Must contain at least one number (0 – 9)
- Must not be the same as your user name
Also note these additional requirements of our current Password Policy:
- Users will not be able to reuse the same password for 5 cycles
- Users accounts will be locked out after 5 failed password attempts
- User account that is locked out for this reason will remain locked out for 30 minutes
- Users are required to change passwords every 365 days
